The people across from me.
I work with adults throughout every season of life, and I’m especially drawn to helping couples strengthen communication and rebuild connection. People often come to me feeling stuck, moving through life transitions, dealing with low self-esteem, stress, burnout, or ongoing relationship strain. At the end of the day: something just isn’t working anymore. We’ll focus on what needs attention right now while also looking at the patterns, relationships, and context around it. The goal is meaningful, intentional change that feels useful in real life, not just inside the therapy room.

A little more focus on you.
That doesn’t mean other people in your life won’t come up or be considered. But sometimes change starts with you, and that can create a domino effect in the world around you.
-
My bread and butter.
Couples therapy gives us the chance to watch your interactions unfold in real time, notice those moments, and find places to pause and recalibrate.

The more the merrier.
Sometimes this work makes more sense with more than one person in the room. Family members or other important relationships can be included when it feels useful and relevant.
